A charming shirt for a charming raceLeave a comment

We came, we ran, we drank, we made a shirt.
I won’t grumble on about what I consider flaws of this design/execution even though I can, since I was the designer. While I’ve been involved in the art of many shirts in the past, I don’t often participate in the entire process. It’s a good learning experience. On to the next crappy fake race shirt.
Team /var/lose stuff
I am trying not to think about what is seeped into the floor tiles in my office. Truth: it’s probably good to get up and do something stupid like this occasionally instead of just bouncing around on my exercise ball chair as I eat Fig Newtons and beef jerky all day.
Seriously, these planks are tough.
Made myself do the Jillian Michaels thing last night and was mostly successful, armed with my new 3# dumbbells from The Walmart and the 25 lb son only jumping on me during the last minute of ab work. I’m still sore but less than I was yesterday. I’ll run tonight. It’s tough to sit inside and not run on my self-imposed no running days, but the break makes me want to run all the more. It’s an experiment. I can’t quit after four days.
(I am seriously sitting on this exercise ball eating a newton cookie. Apple cinnamon.
