I have been suffering from severe stomach cramping for the past few days. Fortunately it hasn’t always coincided with my running time. But tonight? Totally. I went out anyway, hoping the discomfort would go away like it usually does. It didn’t. I logged my slowest 3 mi in a long time.
So as I’m running, I’m asking myself, what the eff did I eat to make me feel this way?
My diet has been really undisciplined and all over the map. I haven’t journaled in weeks. I know it’s partly why I’ve gained the 3-4 pounds back during these last few months (so mad at myself).
I think the hardest thing is still feeling really hungry from the limited nursing I’m still doing.
I also hate diets. Hate. I’m so done with diets.
I still prefer running in the morning; I think I have way less stomach trouble when I go early. When do you prefer to run: morning or evening?
