I haven’t run for almost a week.
Hell, I’m so out of sorts from not running that I don’t remember the last day I went running. Was it Saturday? Sunday?
I made Scott take a walk with me last night with the kids, just so I could get out and do something. It was cold and they were probably miserable and to be honest, so was I.
The time is an estimate, as the Garmin decided to be a complete asshole.
I am not a fast walker, but this is slow from stopping to pick up dog poop and other required toddler stops.
I am pretty sure it’s a bruised rib. How long before these heal? When can I start running again? I could probably go out and gut out the pain, but it would be a slow trip and I’m worried I’ll just make it worse and prolong recovery.
