I ran my regular 5k route this morning but tried to run intervals on the middle of the course.
A little faster than Wednesday, and I don’t feel like I completely wrecked myself.
I’m trying these compression sleeves. I threw them on this morning for my run, just to see how they felt. Maybe I should be wearing them post-run. We’ll see. I need to put in some longer runs or I’m not going to be able to do this marathon. Tomorrow I’m aiming for being out for 90 minutes. It won’t be 9 miles, but it might be 8. I’d be fine with that.
Do you wear compression socks? I’ve had so much trouble with cramping in my calves during races that I am wondering if they might help.
