I ended up taking a week off from running for a number of reasons: work conflicts, last minute travel out of town, etc. This was my first day back and it didn’t feel too bad. I felt like I was at a reasonable pace but not killing myself.
Not my best effort but certainly not my worst. I’m going to go for 90 minutes this weekend. I’m also going to try these weird compression sleeves. Wondering if they’ll help with leg fatigue. Also wonder if I bought the right size; I bought the size for my calf measurement, but they’re not terribly tight. Then again, too tight might be bad?
