Four is enough

This morning was supposed to be a seven mile run. Seeing that I had skipped Monday’s run and was clearly on a roll, I ended up running four with Scott and the baby in the BOB.

I was sweating before I even got out the door. It’s hot, humid and just lousy running weather. I suppose I could run the additional three miles tonight, but with temps starting to climb into the 90s, I think I’ll pass.

We purposely took it slow (we always do when someone has to push that damn stroller), so I’m pleased we kept it at the pace we did.

Tonight’s dinner? Pork potstickers. I must admit, they are awesome. I make a damn fine dumpling. It’s like I’m Asian or something.

Runner, Eater, Mother, Tweeter

Amy, July 2013

I'm a thirty-something suburbanite turned ruralite living in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Wife, mom of two, eater of all things delicious, and a runner. This is where I blather on about running and health. Baby Number Three will be here in November (so yes, I'm a little crazy), and I'm running through my pregnancy for as long as my body's willing and able. There's also more of me at amyupnorth.com.
