Today I decided to put in three miles since I skipped the seven (29:55). With two long days in a row, I needed to take it easy.

I didn’t take many photos of food. I’ve been eating the same things during the day. How many times do you actually want to see pictures of apples and turkey wraps?

Sophie ate the egg and half of the jam-covered Kashi waffle. I can’t believe she actually ate something. Let me write this on the calendar.

Dinner was a half-fail. After a softball game (no injuries!), we went out with Scott’s kids to Perkins. Ah, fine dining in the U.P.

Not pictured: I ordered an omelette with spinach, mushrooms and broccoli, hoping Sophie would eat the broccoli. The fail: two buttermilk pancakes and half an order of skillet potatoes (i.e., French fries). Carbo loading, right?
