The training program calls for cross training on Sundays. I’ve been severely slacking in this department. I had an opportunity to go out for a bike ride, so I grabbed it. This is the first time I’ve been on my bike – mountain or road – for at least two years. It felt good. I need to incorporate more riding into my routine.
